Greetings! My name is Bonnie Hook. I have been a dental hygienist for 30 years and have worked my 30 years in this same office!! I have had the pleasure of working with such wonderful professional people through the years here. Most of all I have had the privilege of treating generations of families. I love being able to be a part of their lives by treating, educating, and making sure my patients are getting the best possible care that I can give. Here, we are like family and we care so much for our patients. I always try my best to go above and beyond for my patients and my co-workers. Aside from work, I have managed to have two wonderful children who are now young adults who are my heart and soul. I have three miniature Dachshunds that I adore. I love to spend time with my family and friends, go boating, traveling and enjoy the outdoors.
Grettel Garcia Ruiz

Hello, my name is Grettel Garcia Ruiz. I was born in Cuba, where I earned my degree in Orthodontics from the University of Holguín. In May 2022, I moved to Jacksonville, and just a few days after arriving, I had the opportunity to join Beauclerc Dental as an orthodontic assistant.
After completing additional exams and training, I achieved my goal of becoming a dental hygienist, which is my current profession.
I am truly grateful to Dr. Lorenzo, Dr. Molina, and the entire Beauclerc Dental team for the wonderful opportunity and support they have given me throughout my journey.

Hello, my name is Marisleidy Perez. I was born and raised in Cuba, where I completed my degree in dentistry in 2015. Not long after that, my family and I moved to Jacksonville, Florida to continue my passion in the dental field. Family is very important to me, and that is why I am so lucky to be a part of the Beauclerc Dental team. Where our goal is to treat all patients as part of our family, to educate them in regard to their oral health, and to bring them closer to their dream smile.

My Name is Dayana Ramírez. I’m from California but made Jacksonville my home in 2016. I took an interest in the dental field back in 2018 and never looked back. It truly became a passion, and I have continued my education throughout the years. I feel proud to be a part of Beauclerc Dental as they are so patient centered and driven to be high quality. It has become a second family to me. I strive to make the patients feel comfortable and confident in choosing us as their dental family. With this amazing team behind us it makes it so easy to walk to work with a smile every day.

I was born in Cuba and moved to the United States in 2022. I hold a degree in Cybernetics, where I developed strong analytical and organizational skills that I now apply to my professional career in patient care.
In 2025, I began my journey in the dental field and quickly discovered a passion for helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their dental experience.

Hi, my name is Erjona Torra. I was born and raised in Albania, then moved to the US in 2009.
I graduated from New England Dental School in 2012 and have been in the dental field for 12 years. I am so grateful to be part of this amazing family practice since I really enjoy the variety of procedures we do in general dentistry. My goal as a dental assistant is to make my patients comfortable. To then transform their initial fears of the dentist and ultimately help them have a more positive mindset about future appointments. I take personal interest in them so we can build trust and establish a close relationship. I truly love what I do. When I’m not working, I enjoy time with my 2 beautiful kids.

Hi! I'm Zahelis Fernandez Ortiz. I was born in Puerto Rico and raised in New Jersey, I then moved to Jacksonville two years ago in search of a change and I found it. In 2007 I started my journey in the dental field and ever since then it has been such an amazing experience. To see how we, as assistants, can be a part of transforming a smile is just amazing. Being a part of Beauclerc Dental, I have found a place where I can continue to grow and learn while making our patients fall in love with their new smile. Our goal is to create an environment where all our patients feel like family.

Hello, I’m Erica Hernandez Santiago. I am originally from Cuba and in October of 2022, my family and I moved to Jacksonville. I feel very fortunate to be surrounded by so many opportunities. I graduated with a degree in dentistry from Cuba in 2018. While I continue my dental path here in the United States, I have found a great office in Beauclerc Dental as an orthodontic assistant. Hello, my Name is Thanh Van Tran. I was born in Jacksonville, and I am the Insurance Coordinator. I have been in the dental field for over 14 years. I am grateful to be a part of this dental family. As an Insurance Coordinator, my goal is to provide our patients with the most precise information about their dental insurance benefits before proceeding with treatment. I have two loving boys which I love to spend my free time with. I am a family person, so my free time is always shared with my family. I like to give patients the best care possible in the job I do.
